I just returned from my last radiation treatment! Wahoo! It’s over. I met with the nurse afterwards who told me a few things I need to know: the swelling should subside in a month or two, I still need to use the fragrence-free products and healing ointment for another two weeks, and I’m to call them if I experience anything unusual like pain or itching. I can start taking vitamin E again. I think I can handle all of that!
